Nathan Garcia is an associate attorney at Feldsott, Lee & Nichter, where he assists community associations and homeowners with enforcement, governance, and litigation matters arising under California’s Davis-Stirling Act.

Nathan focuses his practice on helping clients address compliance and dispute issues before they escalate—and advocating effectively when litigation becomes necessary. He advises on enforcement strategy, governance obligations, and statutory compliance, applying governing documents and California law to resolve disputes efficiently and practically. Nathan supports matters at all stages of litigation, working closely with senior attorneys and firm professionals on case strategy, motion practice, discovery, and enforcement proceedings, including assessment collection and judicial foreclosure.

Boards of directors, property managers, and homeowners regularly look to Nathan for thoughtful analysis of governance and operational issues, including assessment authority, maintenance and repair responsibilities, and risk exposure. He assists clients by providing practical, well-reasoned guidance through written advisories and participation in board discussions.

Before joining Feldsott, Lee & Nichter, Nathan practiced at a plaintiff-side civil litigation firm, where he handled high-stakes matters involving intensive discovery, motion practice, and direct client interaction. This experience informs his practical, detail-oriented approach to representing community associations and homeowners.

Nathan earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. During law school, he completed internships with the United States Small Business Administration, the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. He is admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Outside of the office, Nathan enjoys staying active at the gym, writing music, talking hoops (especially LeBron vs. MJ debates), and coffee connoisseuring with his wife and friends.
