Marcela Musilek, Esq. has been a member of the California State Bar since 1997. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate cum laude from Western State College of Law, California, and earned her American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law. She received her undergraduate education from California State University, Long Beach, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, International Relations.
Prior to law school, Ms. Musilek held a California Real Estate License and worked as a real estate professional. Ms. Musilek externed with a labor and employment law firm. After law school she worked at a midsize family law firm, and gained experience in a diverse range of legal topics including family, conservatorships, wills and trusts, and elder care.
Ms. Musilek has served on the Board of Directors of two homeowners associations and appreciates how important sound legal advice is to volunteer homeowners seeking to make business decisions on behalf of their members. Ms. Musilek continues to support the HOA’s she resides in.
In her spare time: Ms. Musilek enjoys running and spending time with her husband and children.
