Christian Emsiek is an experienced attorney with a specialized focus in HOA-related law and litigation. With a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Emsiek brings extensive experience in navigating the complex issues facing modern HOAs.
Christian is an experienced litigator and advisor on all things-HOA, including, the Davis-Stirling Act, CC&Rs and Bylaws, corporate governance, construction defect, and employment matters.
Prior to joining Feldsott, Lee & Nichter, Christian was the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel of Laguna Beer Company where he ran and directed the operations of a rapidly growing craft brewery. Prior to that, Christian served as In-House Counsel for a healthcare company, advising on all aspects of legal strategy, compliance and litigation. Christian began his legal career litigating hundreds of Labor and Employment matters as well as Construction Defect cases.
Christian attended and graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2014 and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Fordham University in New York, where he competed in Intercollegiate Sailing and was the Team Captain.
In his spare time, you’ll find Christian at T-Street beach with his family, surfing and enjoying their hometown of San Clemente. Christian is an avid guitar player and lover of live music.
